our Deli, Bakery and Produce Specialists Are Ready To Assist You:
 | Place your order with the appropriate
department manager, a minimum 24 hours in advance. For wedding cakes please allow
one week. |
| Keep all meat and sandwich platters covered in
the fridge until you are ready to serve. Platters with cheese should be taken out an
hour earlier, as cheese tastes better at room temperature. |
| Pretzels, crackers and chips should be served
in separate baskets or trays to retain their crispness. |
| Cakes and pastries should be kept in a cool,
dry place until ready to serve. |
